Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment unless there is a problem with the order which prevents it being dispatched.
Currently flat rate standard service is the only option available, for customers within the UK this is a Royal Mail First Class service which depending on the order value may be upgraded to First Class Recorded. For customers outside of the UK orders will be sent by a 3 – 5 day Airmail service.
Out of stock items, Back orders and Pre-orders
If any item on your order is out of stock at the time of purchase we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order, in the event that an item is out of stock you will be given the option to :-
Cancel the whole order and have a refund
Cancel part of the order and have the item that is out of stock refunded
Place the item on backorder
Products stated as pre-order on either the home page or on the product title/description will automatically be placed on back-order, you will be notified when the product is in stock and has been dispatched or if we are unable to complete the order.
Order cancellation & returns of unwanted products
Cancellation before dispatch – All customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched and receive a full refund (Including the postage cost paid) if you decide that soon after you have placed your order and made the payment you do not want the products ordered or for other reasons such as accidentally ordering the wrong product. In the event that you wish to remove a product from an order but not cancel the full order before it is dispatched a refund for the cancelled product and any difference in postage cost will be refunded.
Please note that a fast order turnaround is operated and you will only have a limited amount of time to notify us that you wish to cancel an order/part order before dispatch, depending on the time of day and week the order is placed this can vary from 30minutes to 48 hours.
Cancellation after dispatch – If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched then you will be required to return it for a refund, we will not issue a refund until the product's have been received by us. Notification that you wish to return an order or individual product/s from an order should be received within 7 days of delivery and then returned within a reasonable time (see below for more details).
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union – In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations a full refund including the original postage cost paid on an order will be issued, individual products returned will have the price paid and the difference in postage cost (if any) refunded.
For customers within the United Kingdom 10 working days (2 weeks) is allowed for the order or product's to be returned and received in addition to the 7 day notification period.
Customers within the European Union are allowed 20 working days (4 weeks) for the order or products to be returned and received in addition to the 7 day notification period.
Customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union (Rest of the world) – When a return is made the value of the order or product/s less the original postage cost will be issued.
Customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union (Rest of the world) are allowed 20 working days (4 weeks) for the order or product/s to be returned and received in addition to the 7 day notification period.
Returns of faulty goods
All products sold by Lees Precision Engineering are covered by 1 year limited warranty starting from the date you receive the item which covers manufacturing defects and material faults.
All returned faulty items will be subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is offered, if an item is found to be faulty we will cover a reasonable return postage cost.
Examples of what isn't covered under the warranty period :
Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse, lack of general care or maintenance
Damage to any parts caused by incorrect installation or use
Damage caused by use of poor quality ammunition
Any item that is modified or altered in any way by anyone other than Lees Precision Engineering
General wear and tear, such as on AEG internal parts
Lees Precision Engineering takes your privacy very seriously and ensures that your information is correctly and lawfully in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
All online payments are processed through the PayPal secure 128bit encrypted server and only very basic customer details are passed onto Lees Precision Engineering to be used in processing orders, bank account or credit/debit card details are never passed onto us at any point.
Personal details stored will not be passed onto any third parties under any circumstances at any time and will only be used by Lees Precision Engineering to help process orders and contact you.
Customer details registered for use on the checkout process are stored on secure servers and will remain there until edited or removed. You may request to be removed from the database of registered users at any time.
Importing & customs charges
Customers outside of the United Kingdom should ensure that any product they are attempting to import is legal in their country, we will not be held responsible for customs seizures of orders containing products that are illegal in the destination country.
Customers inside the European Union are not liable to pay any import taxes on orders, customers outside the European Union may be required to pay import tax on an order, this is the responsibility of the importer to pay and not the exporter.
Lees Precision Engineering and its owners hold no responsibility for damage caused to any airsoft equipment by upgrade parts and incorrectly installed parts. You are fully responsible for any damage or increased wear caused by upgrade parts or incorrectly installed parts.
Lees Precision Engineering reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders if we have reasonable grounds on which to do this.
