LPE 14mm CCW Inserts are designed specifically for use in 3D printed parts where a metal thread is required for durability. These can be bonded in with a suitable adhesive and have a reduced diameter in the centre to provide an area for the adhesive to fill.

Each insert is fully CNC machined from 6026 T9 aircraft grade aluminium with machine cut threads and have been degreased and cleaned with alcohol before packing, it is recommended that the inserts are cleaned again prior to applying adhesive. Please note that we cannot advise on the best adhesive to use as it will be dependant on the type of plastic being printed.
